Made with leftover batter & icing

We went to see Cars 2 the day it came out.  My son's birthday was about 2 weeks after that but we had his party a week early since we were in TX visiting family.  This was the impromptu cake I made.
The dirt track is crushed Nilla Wafers, the "asphalt" is crushed Oreo.  I bought the cars and used toothpicks to prop them up.   All the icing is buttercream.

I actually did these for my daughter's birthday this last December to take to her class at school.  Her birthday is on Christmas Day, so we don't normally get to have a party with friends.
